Transnet Railway - Port Elizabeth

Working with Transnet & contracted engineers we've surveyed the current rail line heading from our Port Elizabeth Harbour right the way through to Lady Slipper focusing on all related services near the line.  While specifically considering the engineering design of both elevated and buried Eskom Power & Neotel Fibre Optic Lines.

Transnet owns and operates the largest rail network on the continent. Of the 55 000km of track in sub-Saharan Africa, 40% of the operating network and 70% of the traffic are operated by Transnet. Overall southern Africa handles about 74% of sub-Saharan freight traffic and more than 80% of total net ton-kilometres
